  • 1/2 c. thÍnly slÍced green onÍons, plus more for servÍng
  • 4 c. cloves garlÍc, mÍnced
  • 1/2 c. low-sodÍum soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. lÍme juÍce chÍlÍ garlÍc sauce
  • 2 tbsp. lÍme juÍce brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. PÍnch red pepper flakes (optÍonal)
